Online Knowledge Management Tools Inside an Organization

They’ll take a look at tools such as social bookmarking, wikis, blogs, and RSS readers and discuss how they can be used at your organization to capture and share employee knowledge. Several examples of tools will be provided, and issues such as security and liability will be explored. Come prepared to share your favorite tools and discuss your own personal experiences!
